Access to information means understanding and applying that newly discovered information will be essential for individual development. We are introducing the 5C1 BRIDGE Integrated Learning Platform-As-A-Service (ILPAAS). 5C1 is a personal development process that nurtures a person’s own abilities to improve behaviors and performance by mastering learning competencies. We want to share some ideas about the BRIDGE learning model with potential users.

1. Let us start by explaining the benefits of using a Learning platform. These include access to a wide range of educational resources, the ability to track user progress, and the convenience of learning from anywhere with an internet connection. We can demonstrate how the platform works by showing examples of the types of resources and activities available for instance, micro-videos, interactive lessons, and assessments. Finally, we offer support and guidance to users by means of connecting, when visiting our Center4Growth location and talking with our Growth Coordinators for any personal assistance you may need.

2. We encourage users to engage regularly in using the platform. ILPAAS can help users build ownership and engagement with the learning process. ILPAAS users earn badges or other digital rewards recognizing their efforts and achievements. Our co-learning centers keep us in touch with company leadership and co-workers to offer ongoing support and guidance as they continue to use the platform for their learning needs. ILPAAS can provide feedback on their progress, answer questions, and offer suggestions for further learning opportunities.
